Stölzle-Oberglas has a strong background. It is firmly integrated within the CAG-Holding and takes advantage of the key synergies with its partner companies. Since the end of the nineteen eighties 100% of Stölzle’s shares have been held by CAG which, in turn, is completely owned by the industrialist, Dr. Cornelius Alexander Grupp. The affiliated companies specialise in the production and processing of a wide range of materials such as aluminium, viscose, plastics, and glass and manufacture products such as aerosol cans, anti-friction bearings, plastic tubes, aluminium roofs and chassis parts for the automotive industry.
